			<description>The statement that American cars are rubbish is wide of the mark. Some of them are perhaps, but given that US companies own certain European and Japanese brands means they have access to the technology to do better. What has slowed implementation of this bounty is the preference of Americans for big cars, that of course is about to change. - Barry Sheridan</description>

			<description>We only have so much money to spend on &quot;choices&quot; the rest goes on &quot;essentials&quot; so if we are not spending our money at M&amp;S we are in Lidl or Aldi. 4x4s or SUVs are a fashion item for 99% of buyers. As the recession deepens things will get a lot worse (unless you are on benefits) but we will come out of it. Why do we have this &quot;Boom/Bust&quot; cycle? Simple it's the fault of the banks. - freedom to prosper</description>
