Ineffective Kyoto contributes to gross alarm over fossil fuel,as intended, and escalation of oil price. This hurts poor everywhere and destabilises the economies of Rich Countries. the future of world trade and Global Growth Climate changes only in that it never changes. Long and short cycles repeat. IPCC define CC as only that variability caused by man [in effect carbon emission] This begs the question. Eschew hypothesis and manipulated models and consider facts. Satellites show no warming. Several series of surface measures are averaged by unexplained weights show warming of about half a degree in 20 C. and none since 1998. Any warming is not unprecedented. Any contribution to warming by mans carbon emission is too small to separate from other GHG effects even if AGW theory is robust. Any reversion to 20 C warming is preferable to cooling expected by some and considered overdue by the sun cycle scientists.
