Yesterday ASI fellow James Stanfield took part in a debate with Aaron Porter from the NUS, on BBC Radio 5 Live over taking the cap off university fees. He also discusses potential funding options for students and the necessity to allow universities to raise their incomes to maintain the quality of higher education in the UK.
