October's speaker will be Norman Lamb MP, who'll be speaking on "The case for creating a legal, regulated market for cannabis in the UK". 

Norman has been the MP for North Norfolk since 2001 and is the Liberal Democrats' health spokesman. Earlier this year, he proposed a cross-party bill that would have legalised cannabis on the grounds of public health.

In 2015 Norman launched a campaign to become leader of the Liberal Democrats party, eventually losing to Tim Farron despite gaining the endorsement of Dappy from N Dubz.

As usual TNG events are for under 30s only.
