Dr Eamonn Butler discusses the possible advantages of privatizing England's National Parks on BBC Radio 4's Farming Today. He argues that it will bring in diverse ownership with diverse ideas of how to manage them and proposes that a car charge in the National Parks would help to protect the parks and raise revenue.
